This bank doesn’t allow you to use your debit card as a credit transaction. They say it’s for your security, but how does that make any sense? Credit transactions are always more secure and easier to reverse than debit transactions. They are either not very knowledgeable in their field or are plain shady. They also do not keep up with the times. They do not utilize social networking to communicate with their customers like every other modern business does these days. Making it very difficult to obtain information from them and to provide feedback on their actions.
