I have been going to Dutchess BOCES for a year now. I wanted to practice my vocational training on a whetstone. So I bought one for about $ 20.00 minus the 10% they gave me cause I am a student. This place has anything you need. Fryers, refrigerator, possibly if you ask they might have a walk-​in freezer/​refrigerator. I will recommend this place to anybody, professional or student.

With being the first restaurant supply places I’ve visited around me, I was expecting a bit of a challenge to find stuff. I’m not much into restaurant supply stuff. But by the time I walked out, I was like «Yeah, this seems to be a place I’d like to visit again»…“It might not be tomorrow, but it could be a few times in the next few months.” I was really surprised by their awesome selection of pots, pans, and even silicone spatulas and all sorts of dishes, plates, knives, etc. that you’d find in a restaurant warehouse set in a nicely done commercial building. you can even purchase full restaurant equipment (gas stoves and the like here) along with cleaning mops with water buckets here.
