3 days in a row they strung me along that they ordered my prescription. Each day they said it didn’t come in with their shipment and they had to reorder it. By then, I was out of meds that I needed to take daily. After 3 days of their b.s. I canceled the order and will have to get my doctor to send the prescription — this time to Rite Aid. I had also updated my personal info on their website, and this location’s computer still had my old phone number from 5 years ago. Never getting meds from this CVS again, even though it’s so close to work.

This store is actually surprising me. It may be one of the newest CVS locations in the area, but it’s actually one of the worst ones. Not only does it not carry the same muscle relaxing cream most other CVS stores do, but it also doesn’t allow many things most CVS pharmacys would allow(with special permissions granted). They not only told us they didn’t have a bathroom, but also told us they didn’t know anyone else around who did(we knew of one nearby) and took our business elsewhere, and, as far as the muscle-relaxing cream, Topricin not being present, we picked it up elsewhere. Thanks, but no thanks for your services here. You may be open 24/7, but you don’t act like you know much about your store, or know much of how to treat your customers.
