Coming from a person who had experiences of only 2 years with the place, I’d rather have to tell you that this place is a definite miss. Business organization wasn’t adequate(they couldn’t get things straight of things they were supposed to do), but when there were few places to take care of patients with the insurance I had at the time, I didn’t have nearly enough places to switch to. Their first-appointment procedure, just to start off, is not an actual first-appointment on one day. Their idea of a first-appointment, is a 2 part episode. One day you talk with the doctor on your own issues, the second day you talk to the doctor to see what he’s like. The next problem, as the Quick Tip states, is that once you’ve selected a doctor, this business tells you that you can’t switch your GP doctors. What a negative idea! When most doctors here seem to have English language issues, makes this place not such a good place to attend. What seemed weird, is that they found an appointment from me from 7 years before that I didn’t even take and on another insurance) and had I have taken this, they would have kept that doctor on the case. Eerily, this doctor worked out of the Grand Street Med department location next door(the place that includes a OB/GYN and another doc). If they ever decide to change their policies(which not many health care places ever do), I’d definitely recommend,(but until then, don’t even try going here).
