I’ve always found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They have a huge selection of trees, plants, stone, etc. I usually split my shopping between them and Churchill’s in Exeter(they’re the best around for ornamentals).

Ordered expensive 2−3″ riverstone for a project. The stone was littered with debris and aggregate. I was told it was screened. I sent pictures showing and proving the inferior quality I was led to believe I was getting. When I asked management to explain and remedy the problem, they said the aggregate was to be expected. When asked why they call it 2−3″ stone when ¼ of it was smaller than 1″ they had no response. This is a bad experience and clearly poor management and poor quality at Landscapers Depot.

Tried to shop here today but was kicked out because they wanted to close early. «Are you going to order something? Because if not, we’d like to go home.» Say what you will about big box retailers, but I have never been kicked out of one because they decided to leave early.

Please do yourself a favor and never shop here. I have never experienced a more arrogant retailer who put themselves first and the customer second. If you have a problem with anything, delivery or product it’s your fault.

We bought some fire brick & heat stop cement from here for our pizza oven project. The service was great, and the property here is huge. Tons of material, stone, rocks, bricks, sand, granite, yard statues, its all here. The place is organized and the staff are attentive & communicate well. We paid a bit more for firebrick here compared to Hudson Quarry in Hudson.
