Meredith is the most incredible yoga teacher I have practiced with/​learned from. She is knowledgeable, diverse and expansive. Meredith’s radiance and truth shine! Chanting and toning are part of the experience, along with luscious adjustments and music. The practice space is filled with light and love. This yoga experince is the top-​most.
