My favorite place to get my nails done! Gotta go see Kevin, he is the best! Especially when it comes to designs!

Sad that they don’t try harder to give clients a better experience. I found one person there who I trust. Anyone else working there I do not trust anymore with my nails. But the one person I do like and trust makes it all worthwhile and I’m sorry I can’t tell you her name.

Not pleased. There is still dry skin on my heels. He literally rubbed my feet with the stone for 30 sec. I guess I should have spoken up. I think he did a good job on my cuticles and he painted them ok. We’ll see how long it lasts. I do not plan to come back here.

I’m getting a pedicure as I write this– and it’s awesome! I have been here when there’s a wait– and yes– it is like a factory and feels rushed. I’ve learned to come at «off» hours– midweek/​5 pm. All in all– place is clean, massage chairs work great, young man doing my ped is the best (asked his name but unfortunately I can’t understand it– thus no conversation so yellping!)

I never give out one stars but this place earned a special spot at the bottom of my heart reserved only for the worst losers.
After waiting close to 30 minutes on a busy Friday afternoon I was lead to a seat for a mani/​pedi.
Because of the wait, I decided to cancel the manicure and just get the pedi. I told the person taking care of me and what happened next blew my mind: i was given the most rushed, inattentive, and dangerous pedicure of my life. My aesthetician worked so quickly that she wasn’t even looking at what she was doing at times which resulted in two nicks that caused bleeding.
The whole experience was a disaster, the opposite of relaxing.
Do not come here, even if your feet are in desperate shape. Wait for an appointment somewhere more reliable where you and your feet will be treated with care.
