Pine Cone Gifts

Do not ever shop at Pine Cone gifts in Kingston, Wa. I purchased a tagged as new seemingly nice bracelet there at two pm yesterday for 27 dollars. Within an hour it fell apart. I returned it this morning for another with a different type of clasp. It too fell apart. A third bracelet was on display for sale. It was broken. I pointed it out to the clerk. I returned this afternoon to bring back the second bracelet and get my money back. This is faulty merchandise. When I returned both broken bracelets (the one I had exchanged earlier and the one which I had pointed out to the clerk was already broken) were re-​tagged and still broken back out to sell to some other poor sucker and they refuse to give me my money back for the second bracelet I tried in good faith which also simply fell apart… immediately! Although the owner refused to alter her no refund policy (which was NOT mentioned at time of purchase) even for obviously shoddy merchandse I reversed the charge with Visa. Thank God I used a credit card. Now to complain with the Atty General, BBB and other online customer reviews. I don’t take kindly to being ripped off. Good going Pine Cone Gifts. Hope it was worth attempting to steal 27.00 from me.
