Potter Brothers reached out with a refund and apology for the service on that day. They explained it was an aberration where the service personnel was profoundly unhelpful. I agree with that assessment given all the prior experiences I had there which were 100% positive. Relationship restored. I will be back.

I came here to look at new ski boots. I’m a small size and they can be hard to find in stoke. The first guy I spoke with was very nice, and even had one of the other employees bring a pair down their other store in VT. When I came to try it on, I had a completely different experience. The guy wasn’t very nice, and he was insistent to CHARGEME $ 40 in order to size the boot to my skis! I couldn’t believe it… It takes all of 3 minutes to adjust a ski to a new boot. They do it FORFREE at most mountains! I asked him to take this charge off since I was buying the boots, but he refused so I did not purchase the boots. Reasonable prices or not… There is a line, and any other shop would have shown more class.

Small ski and snowboard shop which is conveniently located off the Kingston exit of I87. They had a few things on sale and potentially possible to find a few good deals. I stopped by to pick up flex tickets for Windham which I had purchased online. Found it a bit odd that they were asking more than 5 $ to ship the tickets when I spend less than a dollar to send in my tax returns. Thusly, had to stop by to pick up my tickets. The people working inside were really nice and helping people. Definitely saw more downhill skiing than cross country skiing equipment.

This place is the secret to discount ski/snowboarding in the Catskills as they sell many local lift tickets(well, vouchers) at a discount. I would definitely recommend a pit stop here off the I-87.
