I blew out a tire and called Sullivan’s to buy a replacement. They didn’t have the tire in stock (no one I called did) but had it in by 8 AM on Monday (I called on Saturday). They were quick, friendly and the price was as-​quoted. They also have a pretty nice waiting room with a TV and (recent) magazines (this goes a long way with me!).

I never write positive reciews but they are getting one. Excellent service will not robbed you like dealerships. This branch in Kingston is much Better than other ones in Norwell and Plymouth. They have fixed tires and and did not charge me because it was minor. Because of that I recently bought Michelin tires there and they were the only ones stocking the tires and I am a big fan. The manager at the place is honest good guy and does what is necessary only.

Had a great experience with these guys. They matched the price from my dealer and a couple of others. There was a snag where the actual tire size was misquoted which would have cost me more, but they did the right thing by coming down and doing the job for what was quoted. It’s not like the average person buys tires frequently, but I will say that these guys were courteous and definitely knew their stuff and I will go back to them next go around.
