Home Depot Protection Plan! Beware! Just got off the phone with customer service who says the first service rep they can send out is 2 weeks from now! No washing machine for 2 weeks! Not what I would call service.

Of the two woodworking and «projects» stores in Kingston, this one hasn’t always been a success for our family. No matter if we were in there to buy a washer (clothes) or dryer (clothes) or even a piece of wood or special nail or (you name it), you’ll never find good deals here. With the prices as high as we found them, and then the employees not being as courteous, we always keep ending up walking out. You ask them a certain question, and you get «well, we don’t carry THAT here (and then we get silence)». I myself have come in here a few times and haven’t found anything worthwhile to buy and end up walking out myself too. The quality just isn’t in this location.

If you’re familiar with Home Depot’s vast inner space, this is basically like all the other big Home Depots. If not, grab a staff person and save yourself 15 minutes of random roaming down the 20+ aisles in this cavern of a warehouse.
