I contacted this company to get a quote for a pergola added to my patio. Alec came out, was extremely professional and gave me a quote right on the spot. He also emailed me the information my HOA would need to get approval. Once approved I contacted them for an installation date. They stayed in contact with me every step of the installation. I had a 16×10 slab poured as well. They did a fantastic job. Even the cement matched my existing patio. The pergola installers came the next day. They were very proffesional and completed the installation with out a hitch. They explained what they were doing as well as when they installed 2 fans., one on the pergola and the second one on my covered patio. I would highly recommend this company. The question to ask –would I use them again if needed-​hands down yes

I just called these folks just to get a bid on a screened porch addition for a rental property we own in Austin, TX. The receptionist said she would be glad to set up an appointment with us in our home. I told her that we lived in Washington state now, so that would be hard to do, and couldn’t I just talk on the phone with a sales representative? After a lot of silly excuses and even sillier suggestions (like presenting a bid to our renters instead), she finally put me on hold while she talked to someone in the office.
When she came back on the answer was that if they couldn’t come talk to me into a sale face-​to-​face they weren’t willing to work with me at all. If that doesn’t send up red flags, I don’t know what does.
If you ask for a bid from these folks and let them into your home expect to have every last hard-​sell tactic known to man thrown in your face. Reputable professionals don’t turn down good business just because they have to deal with you over the phone rather than in person.
