Yvette was very friendly and made sure my problem was taken care of.
I dropped off my iphone to have the charging port replaced and then walked next door to get a haircut. The phone repair was done in the time it took to get a haircut.
Fair price, Quick Repair, and Excellent customer service. What more could you ask for in a cellphone repair shop?

I wouldn’t suggest using their service. Everything is a blanket 150 dollars. Their technician does poor work also, keep looking for another phone repair shop.

My daughter dropped my iPad and the screen shattered. We are preparing for an international move, so an iPad is a necessity at this point. I googled «iPad screen repair» and Gadget MD came up. I called on a Sunday. They are closed on Sunday’s, however, I was able to leave a message to set up an appointment to come in on Monday. They called me back on Sunday to set the time. They quoted me a very fair price to fix my iPad 2 screen. I went in on Monday. Yvette, who works in the reception area, is so kind and personable. She let my daughters watch children’s shows on her tablet while we waited. She went out of her way to accommodate us. They fixed my iPad in the promised time (fast!) and I was able to use a Unilocal deal ($ 80 for $ 100) and a Unilocal check in to get 10% off. I highly recommend Gadget MD in Kingwood. I hope I do not have to return to fix anything any time soon, but if I do, this is the spot!

The customer service here is EXCEPTIONAL! My iPhone fell down the stairs a week after I got it. I passed by this place several times but never thought anything of it. When the screen for my phone broke, I decided to give them a try.
I called and made an appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome by an employee named Yvette! She was the one who also assisted me with my screen repair. I was asked a couple of questions regarding what exactly I wanted, then my phone was on its way to a new face!
I’d say my phone was repaired in as little as ten minutes! I was so ecstatic! My phone looked brand new again! Customer service here was so great! I was really surprised by the level of professionalism and how knowledgeable Ms Yvette was.
All issues with my phone were resolved, and she explained to me the benefits of investing in a case for my phone. (Which I did) I mean who wants a broken screen twice right? lol. I would definitely recommend anyone needing repairs to go here. I would highly recommend going directly to Ms Yvette also!

Came in at 7 PM as they were closing but was still seen for iPhone 5 glass repair. They were speedy and attentive. Used a Groupon. Would def recommend this place.
I also bought a tempered glass that will not only protect my phone but also offers a privacy screen.
