My family & I have lived here for 2 years & we love it. We initially chose Harbor Cove for the attached garages, shady landscaping, quiet street, proximity to shopping, dining, exercise, & the wonderful Kingwood greenbelt trails. We have not been disappointed. The complex isn’t new, but is well maintained, clean, quiet, & spacious. Our neighbors are friendly & mostly drama-​free. Service is timely & responsive & the office staff super nice. Parking isn’t an issue either which is always a plus. Great place to live… would recommend!

Just moved in here and so far we love it! It’s quiet and a good mix of people, from young couples to young family’s and singles it’s a fun mix. Very dog friendly which was really great for me!

Great apartment complex. Well-​kept, friendly office staff, and maintenance and repairs are done quickly. Location is very convenient, with easy distance to Kingwood Town Center and to Atascocita. Greenbelt trails are nearby.

If you’re looking to live in Suburbia but not be in The Woodlands this is a great place to stay. Amanda is wonderful to work with and super funny! I loved the fact that I was a short walk from King’s Harbor.
