Terrible, terrible experience! I was a new patient. Doctor didn’t show up in the office until 1 hour after my appointment. They schedule people on top of people. There were 5 or six other patients waiting to see Dr. Justin Chronister on 11-​16-​2015. Front office staff had a smart mouth and could have cared less that I drove 65 miles to see this doctor. I had to leave so I could make it home before dark. MY time is just as valuable as their time. No excuses made and did not want to refund my co-​pay. DO NOT GO THERE!

Wonderful experience with this practice and Dr. Shaun Weaver.
I had sudden stiffness in both knees after walking vigorously for a week (ah, to be 40…). I have a past history of a knee fracture (hairline) that was the most excruciating pain, so naturally I’m very cautious when I have pain.
I was able to get an almost-​immediate appointment with this facility, and all my needs were addressed.
One hiccup: I received a call the day of my appointment from a staff person asking to reschedule, because my initial doctor was in a 911 situation. I completely understand, but I was obviously disappointed. She managed to find me an opening with Dr. Weaver.
Dr. Weaver himself is awesome. He took every opportunity to listen and ask great questions, and I felt like he also understood everything. Sometimes it’s hard to explain where pain is, or where it is not, but he actually took the time to work with my knees to see exactly what was happening.
Everyone made me feel welcome.
