Horrible customer service from management and their third party biller– Affiliated Acceptance Corporation. When I signed up for 3 months they didn’t give me a copy of paperwork. When I went to cancel and asked where to mail my written 30 day notice, l I was told to call a number instead after the 16^th. When I called I was told I missed the cutoff to turn in my letter and will be billed for an additional month. After speaking to the store manager and with managers at AAC about the misinformation, I was told that I am still going to be billed. I have come to the conclusion that they misinform you, to trick you into paying for another month. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is #1 in my book, and this place is highly lacking. Hope my $ 25 was worth losing a customer.
