Great place to grab a drink, fuel, and use the facilities. I like the location. It is always clean and has what I need.

I must say, after this morning’s visit, they aren’t who I thought they were. I used to think of this place like Kingwood’s own little Buckees. My husband and I used to buy burritos there several times a week. We were on friendly terms with the manager that is always there in the morning. Today I noticed they are running a special for the month on a burrito with beans, cheese, potato, and egg for 99 cents. I got a burrito with just beans and cheese and they charged me $ 1.79. When I questioned why I am being charged more for less ingredients, he just brushed me off and wouldn’t budge on this ridiculous snafoo. If I felt like making a scene during their morning rush, I could have demanded they give me a side of eggs and potatoes and make them pay me 79 cents to take them. I told him I wouldn’t be back. I can get my burritos and fuel from other place. This is more than a 79 cent discrepancy. It’s about fairness, good business practice, and the consumer is always right, etc. I hope they feel confident in their decision to charge me 79 cents more for less as they will lose hundreds of dollars from my family in the long run.
