This morning I had to return something to Amazon, so I went into the UPS Store on Kingwood Dr. I selected a padded envelope for $ 2.29. When Kendra rang it up, it came up to $ 2.59. I told her I wanted to pay the posted price of $ 2.29. Her response was: «I don’t know how to do that, and my manager’s not here.» I told her that was «bull — -». I wanted to reach over the counter and say «Girl, do you even have a pulse?» Granted, it was 8:20 am – maybe she had not woken up yet. However, that girl should not be in customer service.
I have been in this store before and always had great customer service. My recommendation to you is if you go into the UPS Store and Kendra is the only one working, come back later when there is some form of life working the counter.

The Woodlands, TX
I have come here multiple times over the past few years to ship some items I’ve purchased online back to the retailer. I most recently came here three days ago. The employees were friendly and helpful and were able to get everything taken care of quickly and easily. I will definitely be coming back here in the future when I need a box shipped.
