It’s a very convenient location, Staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have been coming here for years, every year to have an eye exam and get new contacts. Doctors are professional and excellent in what they do.

Showed up for my 11am appointment 15 minutes early today. It is now 11:30 and have yet to be approached by an employee. I’m here for a routine eye exam and they texted me a reminder last week and yesterday so they wanted me to show up on time at 11. Poor customer service today. I’ll give them another chance though, free pair of nice sunglasses with purchase of year supply of my contacts!

Not only is it conveniently located and easy to find but the place is run very efficiently. Their schedule is closely followed. Unlike other dr offices I visit, I can expect to be seen on time and be done on time. This is very valuable to those of us running on a tight schedule. They have several doctors so the wait time is minimized. The prices are a bit higher so if you are on a budget, you may want to shop around. You can also do eye exam and take prescription with you. You will love the calming and huge fish tank with salt water fish in the center of waiting area. We also discovered a kids play area in a corner where little ones can play. The offices are finely decorated. Good hygienic procedures followed before and after using the different eye equipment.

I have been a customer at Vision Source for many years. Dr. Elisor has given great care to our eyecare needs. The office is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. Highly recommend them.

Not impressed. I definitely didn’t get the eye exam I used to get in SoCal. The assistant who did the eye«tests» couldn’t get the machine to work correctly which, I believe, diminished the quality and extent of the preliminary exam… as in, there was no test for my peripheral vision which should be done for someone my age. When I went to pick up my glasses today, the guy looked at my old glasses and adjusted the new ones based on what the old ones looked like. He didn’t touch the glasses while they were on my face to see if they were coming off of my ears– which they are now doing – which means another trip back to get them adjusted correctly. They are a huge company and the building is beautiful. I recommend you shop around and read reviews before you venture in here.

I have been using this place for over a year. They are not affiliated with the horrible Vision Source by the mall. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never received any negative input when costs are questioned, and believe me, my husband questions.

I was a patient here when I lived in Kingwood. Suffice it to say, because of my experience here, I will never, ever recommend a Vision Source or go to one ever again. In fact, the experience here had made me incredibly apprehensive about going to any eye doctor ever again(which thankfully has been resolved thanks to Dr. Bruce Krutsinger at River Oaks Vision). I waited for an appointment I made, but kept waiting and waiting. When enough time had passed and I inquired about the delay, I found out that I was apparently«forgotten.» Great. The exam with the doctor was all right, but I got the impression that the faster they could get rid of me, the better. This was reflected when the assistant«helped» me select frames. Moreover, she was not listening to me or my needs. I informed her of my budget, and after trying on a few pairs, I picked one that I thought was decent(my mistake) and tried to get out of there. While checking out, I was alarmed at how high my bill was, even with insurance. When I had asked about costs during the services, I felt incredibly ashamed. When I mentioned to the receptionists that I wish the assistant who helped me listened to my needs and actually picked out some frames in my budget, she condescendingly and rudely said, «We’re not *that* kind of place. Most people here can afford the services here.» If I felt ashamed before, I felt incredibly dehumanized at this point. I honestly hope that people who go here are treated better than I was. I have never been so humiliated at a business before, especially since I had inquired about products within my price range. I guess if the smell of cash isn’t wafting off of you, you’re treated like you’re worthless at Vision Source.
