My son and I went for our first visit yesterday, and never made it past checkin. The very sweet fella in the window was very condescending and spoke to my wife like we were flat ignorant. We explained that our family deductible was met and he need not look at individual deductibles. He then proceeded to say that he knows what he is doing and we don’t. My wife got our paperwork back and we left! I told him I came there to be treated: not mistreated.
