Whataburger

Ok. Someone needs to do something about getting what a burger food orders right. Everyone there needs to pay attention. When a patron says no onions or more tomatoes or pickles that’s just what a customer would like. These young workers spend more time talking and joking around than they should. It use to be good service and good good. But not any more the food just gets slapped together and its the Pitts.

I only go here. for my family burgers not porter, tx location.
There food sucks and not very good.
This place is very clean organizrd friendly staff and lots of room.

Hire an adult to babysit the kids working at night. Got flack and a dirty look (after waiting 15 min for an easy to go order) when I asked for a bag for my hot box of food. Ridiculous. 10 minutes later, get home and the food order was WRONG. So upset this whataburger doesn’t meet the standard of almost every other whataburger in Texas. Won’t return.

Get the grilled onions and jalapeños. Double party and rings. Good clean restaurant and a burger like mom used to make.
The milk shakes are amazing and I love the service. Don’t forget about the spicy ketchup.

I don’t mean to jump on the bandwagon but I love this place! It’s like more upscaled Wendy’s, McDonald’s place but a little lower than elevation burger or smash burger. I thought of it semi similar to in out burger but in my opinion a lot better! Their burgers are huge and delicious plus they have such sweet service that constantly checks whether you need something or if everything is ok! It was like in and out burger quality with chick fil a’s awesome service combined into one! It’s a great fast food place that’s open for 24 hours! We could use this on the east coast because they had me at first bite!

These guys are ALWAYS spot on! Fast, fresh, hot & OH SO GOOD! You can’t go wrong with dine-​in or drive-​thru.
Either way, friendly service & clean facility is what they have. Mistakes can be made but they are sure to fix them quick & make sure you are happy with resolution.

If I had to choose one fast food restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life, it would be Whataburger. Their specialty hamburger menu is great. I almost never know what I’m going to order when I go. And sometimes the good ‘ol #1 Whataburger is what I’m craving. Always get spicy ketchup to go with your fries.
The one knock I have against this location, is every time I use the drive thru, it seems to take a long time.

This evening was our experience with their drive-​thru. To say the least l, we were very disappointed. The person taking the order seemed very confused and the whole transaction took ridiculous amount of time. We will never make this mistake again.
I handled the confused employee and the horrible wait time because I do like burger and sometimes some just has bad day. However,
I ordered a double cheese Whataburger with lettuce tomato and mayo. When I arrived home (about a 4 mile drive, no traffic) both of my burgers were cold. A bit of an insult but I was hungry. I took a bite and discovered there was no cheese (something actually cost money) and no mayo. The burgers sucked. I may be turned off to Whataburger forever now. Someone needs to learn how to manage.

What’s not to like about whataburger? IMO they have the best fast food hamburgers in the business. The A1 Thick N Hearty meal just can not be beat.

We ordered through the drive through and my son’s pricey triple meat cheeseburger meal was fantastic! Hot and fresh! Consistently great!

I mean what can I say about Whataburger you all know its good food. They have great lunch great dinner great breakfast. Make sure to do to make your own burger or get a great breakfast sandwich.

I lovee Whataburger! I like to come here for breakfast because there sausage, egg, biscuit is the best! I like it better than Mcdonalds biscuits, plus it’s so much bigger.
During lunch time I usually order #1, with mustard all the way. And I’m not a fan of mustard but it taste really good and goes well with the burger. It’s probably the only time I’ll have mustard with my meal.
This location is great, plenty of seating, it’s always clean, and the staff are so nice. Love this place!

Greatest restaurant in Kingwood. Hit or miss on service, but you cant beat the food and value.

This place is a staple for fast food. Good burgers and fries and i love their chicken strips with gravy. I should be giving this place 5 stars but i had to take away 2 stars based on service for this location only. Since they opened their drive thru is so freaking sllloooooooooooooow! On occasion we went inside the workers seem to be less than thrilled to be at work and the last time we went there were 3 young workers sitting talking to two other customers. One young man was just trying to stay busy and cleaning the tables and windows and when one of the boys noticed he was cleaning with a rag he jumped down his throat for not using napkins. They were laughing at him and saying pretty mean things as he walked away to get napkins. My thoughts were «at least he was working and not sitting around on the clock socialing with customers!!». I do not like bullying and if a manager was on duty they should inform workers that if there is cleaning to do then they should all pitch in until it gets done and not sit around with the «cool kids» laughing at the ones who are actually trying to stay proactiv.

Love this place being near my place. Perfect example of a whataburger, clean, professional and always makes everything really good.

Whataburger is one of those one-​of-​a-​kind places that you can only find in the south. I love their chicken strips and sauce assortments, but their chocolate milkshake is absolutely one of the best. Drive through service is always quick and efficient, and the inside location is clean and well kept.

This is a great Whataburger location. The people here are right on the ball and we always get our food fast and hot. the burgers and other items are all up to chain standards, so if you know this chain, you’ll be pleased. Service always comes with a smile.

I love Whataburger and miss it tons! The people were great and friendly and gave me some extra spicy ketchup to bring back with me to Chicago. :) Great burger, great service, great ketchup. :)
