Personally offensive. Showed up an hour late and demanded legal signatures of pregnant tenant absolving them of responsibility should she (or her newborn) is affected by their chemicals. I told them she was not obligated to sign this and there was no disclosure ahead of time. They left immediately and I obtained qualified services from another company for the same price, without the attitude.
