This office was horrible! I couldn’t tell you about the doctor because I saw the PA but based on all the other workers in this office I would never go back nor would I recommend them. As soon as I arrived I was told there was nothing they could do for me until I gave them my insurance billing address which wasn’t on my card. Confused, I asked why their billing department couldn’t help me and find the address. I was given an attitude and told it wasn’t their job. The woman shut the glass and began to talk about me to her co-​worker sitting next to her (glass is not sound proof ladies). I had to search for an address when I found it I told her I was able to make her job easier and found the information. She slammed the glass again and continued to talk about me. Now, they couldn’t call for an address but they could call for my co-​pay amount! So for 40 minutes I sat there while they took their time getting my co-​pay amount and entering all my information while a ton of other patients went in and out before me. After 45 minutes passed my appointment time a medical assistant came to the door to get me. Before opening the door she whispered to the two women «pray for me,» as if I was some monster (the door was glass as well so you could see through it and they has the window open). I was furious, not only are they lazy but they are rude as well. The most unprofessional office I have come across. I asked the PA to have the medical assistant leave the room because I didn’t want her near me, when I explained why the medical assistant just walked out. No one should be treated so horribly!
