The lady that runs the counter is extremely rude to customers. I ordered takeout and she hung the phone up on me before I could even complete the order. Once I came into pick up my food I observed here being very disrespectful to another customer that was just trying to correct a order that the business screwed up. On top of that it made the place a hostile environment for dinners to enjoy there meals in. This business is gonna crash and burn if they don’t learn to have a little patience and adopt friendly manors.

This place used to have great take out food. It was fresh and presented well. They must have changed owners, now it is greasy and terrible. Avoid this place if you can.

The food used to be very good, however the quality has continued to decline. The operating hours are so irregular and at times the business is closed when the posted hours show they are supposed to be open. Sometimes they even say on their voice mail greeting that they are closed for«break» and to call back after a certain time. The female owner/cashier can at times be extremely rude to patrons, and has offended other customers in the dining room that observed this behavior. I would really like to see this business succeed, because I do enjoy the food. I only hope they can realize what they are doing in time to save their business.

This place is okay, so long as you don’t want anything remotely authentic or vaguely Japanese. Had take out three different times at this particular place. First time I had tempura chicken. Real tempura has a light crisp coating. I got something with thick chewy breading, like sweet and sour chicken. Greasy and flavorless. Then I tried their«yakisoba». It’s spaghetti tossed with soy sauce. Flat and flavorless. Third time was a hibachi chicken entrée. Overly salty and soggy veggies. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
