I found 3 bags that were marked $ 19.99. I went up to the register to pay. They rang up at 29.99 and the snotty girl at the register said she would call a manager. The manager said I could only have 1 bag at $ 19.99. I turned down the purchase. That was simply bad business. Any other place would have done an over ride when it was their mistake just to ensure that the customer would come back.
I certainly won’t go back now that I know they don’t honor their prices. I bought 3 similar bags at Payless for $ 5 cheaper.
