Salsa was so salty, that if I found a salt shaker at the bottom of the bowl I wouldn’t have been surprised.
The fajitas were not good, the tortillas were tough like cardboard and there was barely any guacamole. I had to use the salty salsa mentioned earlier to add flavor.
I love Mexican food and this was probably the worst I have ever had.
My two co-​workers were extremely unhappy with their meals as well.

Yesterday I ordered something new. Almost 100% of the time I order the Kirby Special to the point that the wait staff knows what I am going to eat. However, yesterday I order the chicken fajita nachos. They were excellent, my lunch companion looked at them as commented that they will order them the next time. This is place is a hidden jewel in San Antonio.

Driving back to Arizona a we wanted to grab some Mexican food. Great stop. Awesome salsa. And the best tortillas I’ve had in. A long time we for there just in time as they close at 3pm

Best salsa in the San Antonio area. Enchiladas are outstanding. Breakfast tacos are excellent. Don’t be surprised if it’s packed around lunchtime. Stick with the Mexican food though. 4.5 stars.

One of the best kept secrets in san Antonio a must place to eat. The best day to eat is Tuesday when you can have the chicken mola It is increbile! Maria and her family have transformed this small whole in the wall restuant into a step back in time to Monterrey Mexico establishment. This is a must destination for lunch. Get there earlier to have a daily special because once thy are gone they are gone

When I was a kid this place was really good it was always busy in the early mornings. I came back recently and I must say that the food was just so-​so. This place is getting home court advantage and getting an extra star, despite the unacceptable amount of time, they let old food stay on dirty tables. I wouldn’t want to go during fly season.
