What a little gem of a market! It had some fantastic goodies that you can’t find anywhere else. The owner was super nice and a lot of fun to talk with! She said that right now her husband is in Hawaii getting more merchandise for the store and they are currently on the hunt for lemon powder(the canned kind, some of you might know what I’m talking about) to sell at the store. Hopefully, they will find some to sell over here, since I haven’t found it anywhere else. They’ve got li hing mui treats, salts, seasonings, Hawaiian canned drinks and drink powders AND they have a freezer with different kinds of Portuguese sausage & pork manapua. Right now, the store is only open on the weekends, Friday-Sunday. Next weekend, Saturday January 16th, they will be selling smoked meat(pork) for a fundraiser.(YUM). The store accepts credit cards, however, for the smoked meat fundraiser next Saturday, they might be accepting cash only? This store is definitely worth checking out if you’re needing your island food fix.
