Sweetpea’s

We are regulars at camping in this area, and have passed by Sweetpea’s thinking «We really should try that place !» We finally did, and my goodness, wish we had sooner ! Great food, friendly folks, nice atmosphere, great service ! There isn’t a lot of cars a lot of times in the parking lot when we have passed by, and we found out why, it has a very convenient drive thru that we didn’t know was there. And, kudos to their breakfast, If you love a good breakfast, you will be pleasantly surprised. I had a delicious loaded Omelette and hash browns, hubby had eggs, hash browns, pancakes, bacon, just a really yummy place, we will definitely make this place one of our favs in the Kirby area ! Highly recommend take the more picturesque and pastoral Highway 70 Rd instead of I-​30 so you can enjoy the drive and stop for some excellent succulent BBQ. My wife and I enjoyed a good sliced brisket sandwich and salad. Warm welcoming place.
