I wasn’t too happy when a simple slow-​drain issue (and not even that slow) turned into a 700 dollar job. I was led to believe everything was absolutely necessary, but ultimately it really wasn’t. As a very busy business-​owner, I would have appreciated better attention to my concerns after reviewing the work that was done. A very reluctant discount was applied to my account a few months later, but I wouldn’t hire them again. I’m not saying they aren’t nice people, but they are wearing blinders when it comes to customer service. Just because they are «the professionals» and doing what they think is necessary doesn’t mean they have any sensitivity at all to true customer service. A very out-​dated and chauvinistic attitude overall, in my opinion.

We had a problem come up with our plumbing (not a leak, but the pipes needed to be adjusted so drywall could be repaired). They were able to get me in same day, which allowed the drywallers to complete their work on schedule. The guy did a great job. My only issue was the price-​nearly $ 500 for an hours work. Seemed excessive for what was done. They’ll help you out if you’re in a time crunch, but if that seems like a lot to you, call around.

John was the repairman who helped us with our sewer mainline stoppage. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job of setting and exceeding expectations. I highly recommend them.
As for responsiveness — they were incredible. I called their service on Sunday night at 9 pm and John was here at 8:30 am the next morning.
Without a doubt I would not only use them again but I will recommend them again and again.

At 4:30pm on a Saturday 911 responded to my plumbing emergency within 45min. While they are not cheap they were incredibly responsive and helpful in preventing significant water damage.
