I read nothing but good reviews about this place before purchasing my Groupon for 3 oil changes. It was a really great deal but coming from Renton I thought I would give a trial period with the groupon deal first. If they really were as great as all the reviews have said, I’d have no problem giving them continual business. My oil changes were pretty quick & painless. No issues there & they WERE great about notifying me of needing new shocks & recommending other services without being too pushy. Money being tight I thanked them for bringing it to my attention but was not able to get the work done at the time. On my last (third) & final oil change with them, I was told that I would need new brake pads soon. That I was down to 15−20% & it would be important to change out for new ones soon. I got a quote of about $ 175 which is pretty fair for a ’98 4runner. Everything SEEMED legitimate. This was a couple months ago. But then a week ago I decided I would do the smart thing & get a 2^nd quote & opinion. I took advantage of Les Schwab’s complimentary brake checks & they did a full assessment of my brakes. Front & rear. They said they look great. I have close to half & over half on both my front brake pads & my rear ones are just fine. But my shocks do need work. A&D’s brake assessment now sounds shady no? I don’t blame them for needing business. The oil changes were such a great deal I don’t know how they could’ve made money on them but it seems absolutely wrong of them to lie to me just so they could get some money out of me. Don’t give out a deal if it’s just to gip people in the end. I will not be going back there again but I give them two stars because they do seem to know what they’re doing & tried to be legit. Should have just stuck with the shocks though.

Bring back A and D Auto repair! my car is crying :(

I would recommend Assad and A & D Auto to anyone and everyone. He is always available when I need him and does the BEST work and is extremely fast. I have been taking our cars to him for many many years, and plan to continue with each car we have through the years. Definitely 5 stars from me!
