I have to dock the business one star because I had an appointment originally on a Wednesday at noon. Received a phone call from them that morning around 9:30 asking if I can move my appointment to Friday because other people had no heat and one worker was sick. Thought it was an odd request and late notice hence minus a star. They were booked out a week which wasn’t too bad. Said they would give me a good discount because they rescheduled my appointment.
The guy who came to clean my furnace was really nice and prompt. Got my quotes for a new furnace too.
