Don’t do it! Groupon should really stop representing these hucksters! Call a legitimate business who will actually show up, do the work properly and treat you like a valued customer. If you’ve been duped by them– file an Attorney General Complaint!

This company is HORRIBLE. I purchased a moss clean off on Amazon local and took 3 weeks to get scheduled. A kid showed up on a rainy day and didn’t have a tall ladder. I requested a different day so that it would actually stick and work. Fast forward another 3 weeks, and finally asked for a refund for the out of location fee $ 39 since it took so long to get schedule. Then the owner emailed and called me and was a complete narcissistic asshole. I luckily got a refund thru Amazon and he did refund me the $ 39 as well but I have never dealt with such a rude business owner. Stay away!!!

I love the fact that you put «communicate» with customer when I called 3 times before I heard back after the service. And actually, if service is good, I would leave a good review. Unilocal is to help consumers know what businesses are legit. I use it all the time to find good reviews on food and other services, so to say that customers only leave bad reviews is absolutely wrong. You are telling me you service thousands of customers and not one left a good review? Lol…
Say what you must, but reviews speak for themselves. Good and bad.

DO NOT HIRE ALL CLEAR WINDOW AND GUTTER. I wish I would have read the reviews here before purchasing an Amazon Local voucher from All Clear Window Cleaning (aka: All Clear Window and Gutter,
). (Turns out there are several different companies that go by «All Clear»). I purchased an Amazon Local voucher ($ 149 for Roof Blow off and Moss Treatment, 3000sqft home) mid-​Feb 2015 and called to schedule and get description of work they would do (remove moss from house and garage roof, less than 3,000sqft home. The earliest they could schedule was March 23, 2015. I called the morning of the 23^rd to get their arrival time, confirm work. Marissa (owner’s wife) said the garage would not be included but that they could do it for an extra $ 75. Ugh. We went ahead and agreed. We were told they would arrive after 1pm. They arrived at 11am — which was somewhat problematic since we had to be present for work to be done and give them a check for $ 75. When we got home at 3:30, our roof looked exactly the same as it did before the «work» was done. We called to inquire and Marissa yelled at us and hung up on us 3 times! Then her husband called back and said that the work they did for the $ 224 ($ 149 + $ 75), was to blow off the moss and then spray it with a biodegradable treatment. Hmmm… it was POURING rain here so I’m not sure how effective that was! He said actual moss REMOVAL would cost at least $ 149 per HOUR and would take days to do. This was contrary to what they told us on the phone when we originally scheduled the work. He was rude and would not listen to me. Frustrated, I called Amazon Local to give them feedback about this company. I love Amazon and wanted to let them know about the service they were selling for All Clear Window Cleaning. Amazon provided some of the best customer service ever… Amazon refunded my $ 149 and profusely apologized to me for the way we were treated by All Clear Window Cleaning. Thanks Amazon and if you are reading this… please do not fall for the scam that All Clear Window Cleaning is selling.

Not worth the $$.
Arrived on wrong day, spent maybe 20 minutes total, left me with a lot of debris to clean up. Very quick blow off the roof, only removing the very obvious (leaving the pine needles along side of roof and between shingles), sprayed moss and gone. Left a lot of debris in flower beds, sidewalks, driveway.
Now using another company for about $ 20 more that has come highly recommended.
They will finish the roof clean off, clean siding of house, wash outside windows and clean up all debris.
Just because there is an Amazon offer, look into other company’s. All Clear is not a good deal at all.

My experience with this «company» has been similar to the other one star reviews, especially the one by Jeffery F. I had to call multiple times to schedule my moss cleaning, which I had received via an Amazon Local voucher. Allen was very hostile during our phone conversations and basically let me know he was doing me a favor to even come out and do the work.
He said it would take almost 2 months to get my cleaning scheduled, because he was so busy. I asked that he call me on the day of service, so I could be at the home — he said he was way to busy to do that. He gave me a 4 hour window and then did not show up, or call me. Also — the voucher states it is good for a house «up to 3000 sqft». My house is well under that — but when I spoke with him, he said he would charge me an extra $ 99 for the garage because it is detached from the main house. Also, another $ 99 for a small cottage next to the main house. I asked if the garage was attached to the main house would it be included and he said yes!
Now that I wasted half a day on this guy, I wanted to warn others about his business practices. If they had zero stars, thats what he deserves.

The vendor (Allen) not only failed to perform the service (no show, no call, missed multiple schedule dates), but threatened me when I called and stated I would be seeking a refund and reporting him to the BBB. Almost identical to the complaint by Customer F in the «not currently recommended» area. Additionally, I checked with other reviewers who accidentally left nearly identical reviews on another All Clear business. They too confirmed it was these guys (Allen and AllClearWC).
Scenario
— Purchased gutter service ¹¹⁄₂₄
— Spoke via telephone to owner who stated he was way too busy, so next date was Jan 5^th… he told me that Amazon came to him and he did not seek out Amazon, and now he was slammed… we also agreed to add the moss service during this conversation
— Jan 5^th came and went… no call no show from vendor
— Wife called, next available date sometime in February
— Wife objected, and said she expected to be serviced sooner, not rescheduled after other appointments made after ours
— Owner said he was just too busy, but would personally come out to do the service «next week»
— ¹⁄₁₄ they cancelled due to potentially being ice in our gutters, said he would call back with a date
— We waited 2 weeks before I finally reached out for resolution. The owner called back me back and explained that he is really busy, and doesn’t always make it to calling his customers. He stated he was human, and that being so busy was a good thing, but he just couldn’t get to everyone. I asked him what he proposed as a resolution. He stated that he wanted to get us scheduled, and the earliest date he had was sometime in March. I calmly stated that that was not a satisfactory resolution, and he responded by saying «fine, then go to Amazon and get your money back». I stated that I would follow his instruction, and would also seek to warn other customers of this terrible experience from a service provider. He responded with «Okay, little guy, do what you want. I know who you are, and where to find you. I’ll find out what your business is and talk bad about you too.» He then hung up the phone.
–The owner then called me back ~10 min later and said he could probably get us in at the end of February. I explained that threatening a customer was not appropriate, and I would not be doing business with him. He then stated: «I threatened you because you said you would take other actions against my company. I’m not just going to stand here and take it up the a$$». He then stated he’s «not a member», and «not online», so he didn’t care what I said to the BBB. And if I wanted to call the police, I knew their number, 9−1−1. I stated that I did not need to call 911, as this was not an emergency, and I would take appropriate legal routes. He laughed out loud, called me a piece of $hit, and hung up the phone.
