Alpine Quality Air

We used them in November for air duct cleaning and had a very good experience. In December our furnace stopped working. While they weren’t our first call they really came through for us. They came out, ordered the part and repaired it when the part came in. During that cold spell other heating companies were charging twice what they were. We are very satisfied.

I have received numerous complaints from customers calling my offices assuming we are Alpine Quality Air. We are a family owned business that has been in the Puget Sound area since 1969. Hearing from customers that another company is calling them and alluding to the fact that they are us is very disturbing. They have even used the name Alpine Duct Cleaning which is very close to our
website for our HVAC Duct cleaning service. One customer cited that the rep form AQA stated that they had been out the previous year and wanted to schedule another service call. The customer had never had their furnace inspected or the ducts cleaned the year prior. I have lists of people who are calling us to complain about pricing bait and switch, and other issues. They all listed the same phone number that called them and it is connected to Alpine Quality Air. I have encouraged all these customers to contact the Attorney General’s office of Washington as well as the Better Business Bureau. As a company with an A+ rating with the BBB and an Angie’s List Super Service Award winner year after year, I find it appalling at the lack of ethics in business practices. There is enough business in the Puget Sound area to go around. No need to mislead the consumers. Our next step contacting our business attorney to deal with Alpine Quality Air.

I manage an HVAC company in Everett, WA. We received a report from a customer that Alpine Quality Air has called them twice saying that they had purchased our company and were assuming our contracts. This is a very poor business practice, and of course is not the case. We have been around for 33 years and arent going anywhere. I have called all 3 numbers which I could find for this business, and didn’t receive an answer at any. I left a voicemail and asked to speak with the manager. Depending on how the situation is resolved, I may remove this posting at that time. I will also be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau.

This business has been hassling my grandfather and taking money from him. They make appointments and the lie about them being approved. I warn anyone against using this service as they are dishonest and crooks

Got to know them through a groupon for air duct and vent cleaning.
Chris came late for the appointment but he had called to tell us that he is stuck in traffic.
He was very nice and respectful. He did everything carefully and explained what he was doing. Ducts and vents were luckily not very dirty and everything went well.
He explained annual maintenance service for furnace without pushing for it like a sales guy. He even recommended I do little bit of research on Google and get other quotes to compare.

Update: I lowered the rating because they left a big heavy metal rod at my door step. I informed them about it next day and they haven’t come back to pick it up yet. Bad end to what was a good experience.

Extremely professional and punctual staff. I had Chris check my air system and with his help the air in my home has never felt so clean, as someone with alergies I can attest that these gentlemen are the best by far, there attention to detail as well as there esteemed customer service will have me telling all my friends about them! Thanks for the great work guys!

They spent more than 4 hours on cleaning the vents and the furnace they provided me all information on the system gave me a couple filters and a cleansing uv light system to purifying my air I feel so good and energetic with my air quality now thanks to Joseph’s the crew man and his helper Chris I’ll be definitely recommend you in my church
