I can’t say enough good things! This salon got us in right away when we showed up for our appointment for a mani pedi. They have their shellac neatly organized and have the corresponding regular nail polish that matches in the same order! Makes it so easy.
They give above average massages, including neck /​shoulder rubs.
They do some sort of hot treatment on the feet, feels amazing!
Super clean and stylish /​fancy inside.
And two weeks later I have no chips, just grow out! I obviously need to go back.
I think I found my forever salon!

I have been getting my nails done at Amy’s Nails for years now and have but nothing but positive things to say about the shop! Even before they moved into their new shop they always kept everything clean and organized. The pricing is clearly listed and fair value. Crystal has been my gal for a while and is amazing, but I’ve had lots of success with other technicians and can’t see myself going anywhere else! My shellac manicures typically last well over two weeks (I get bored of them before they need to come off!) and my pedicures up to a month! If for any reason I’m ever unsatisfied at the fault of the shop, Amy does everything she can to make it right!

Love this place! As far as I can remember my nails have been perfectly painted each time. They just moved to a new building. Their space is bright, clean, bigger and updated.

7 years ago I just stumbled into this place one day needing an emergency mani/​pedi for an event and was amazed by the service and friendliness and cleanliness of the place. The color selection is great and varied and the artistry of Crystal or Amy when it comes to nail art/​design is amazing!!! I have been a faithful customer for 7 years and will be for 7 more and beyond. I highly recommend anyone to stop on by or make an appointment with this talented group that excels at customer service and pampering!

My favorite place. Newly moved and remodeled. Great friendly staff. Reasonably priced especially for the services (parafin, scrub, massage, hot towel)… Always busy but still get attentive service. Some are more attentive than others… Clean! Love their color selections!

This place used to be better, now it’s just a nasty place. They are very rude and nasty. I was referred to here by my family member and made appt for my WEDDING NAILS! I called and talked to Amy and made my appt specifically… they had me sitting at the chair over 45 min and my feet was socking so long it was all cracked up. When I tried to get attention, they gave me bad attitude. I noticed that unless you are dressed to impress, they will treat you like crap; Then suddenly Amy’s family showed up and they all got seats and service right away. Considering there were others that has been waiting!
I was very disappointed that they did not take my special appt any serious and I walked out of there… when I tried to leave, they finally was like «2 person will work on you now… sit!» I don’t think so! Plus, because of that I was late to my dress fitting too! keep in mind I told her that I had another appt after this. They don’t care about the quality of their work anymore, they just care to have too many clients that they cannot handle. At least have enough staff to service the amount of clients you want to have. I will never go back there! Ever!!!

I got in a couple of minutes earlier than my friend and was fine with waiting for a minute or two but was rushed to a chair and at first I was fine with it — thinking I would just have some chill time in between so I could socialize with my friend… The lady who I was originally talking to seemed to know exactly what I wanted when I described it– ombré black and gold… Not something terribly uncommon… But they rushed me through the pedicure and when my friend got there 7 minutes later I only had a few minutes to catch up before I was moved on to the mani… I described again what I had asked for and the lady kept stating that I wanted black with gold over… I corrected her multiple times and even another lady who worked there used her own nails as an example and I pointed out that I wanted it slightly different… No idea where the person who I had originally talked to had gone… In the end I have a black pedi with a gold top-​coat that I had originally asked for shellac on but this lady said no just normal for the toes… And a mani that looks like a bad French using black and gold… I was done by the time my friend was just getting her pedi started and I am still disappointed with the fact that I had to explain what I wanted five times for her to still do what she specifically was interested in doing… Not what I had asked for or been promised. I honestly gave up arguing, thinking… Maybe what she is wanting to do will turn out nicer and she specifically knows that it is good. — It’s uneven and I could have done a crude version of it myself. I went over and the saving grace was that I got to go back and socialize with my friend while they started on her mani. The tipping point that has me now Unilocaling is that when I went to check out… The lady sees my nails and goes… You got half sparkle extra 5 dollars. I mentioned that I was not informed of the 5 dollars extra– she apologized and still charged me. Overall worst customer service I have ever had and I was honestly just looking for a relaxing social time with a girlfriend. Not to be rushed through and given something that I didn’t even want.
Update: couple hours later and the shellac on my thumb has completely rubbed off.
Update: they fixed the nail that rubbed off and clarified that the design I got was their version of ombré… There is a different post stating ombré… Apparently the official version is what I got…

You can tell Amy has pride in her business. The staff was all very friendly and professional while still keeping the atmosphere light and fun for the guests. They give you a neck/​arm massage with your manicure and the pedicure has the paraffin dip and warm lotion massage. I’ve had cheaper priced service, but they make it worth it with the extra tlc and consistent, quality nail work. It’s also nice the shellac polish has a matching numbered regular polish for your mani/​pedi. Thank you!

My wife LOVES this place. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it’s not a Gene Juarez, but for service and overall experience it’s a solid 4. Amy is amazing from a customer service standpoint. There have been a couple times where she has re-​done my wife’s nails when the quality wasn’t good enough. Obviously it should be done right the first time but my point is that they’ll take care of you until you are satisfied. I’m so happy they were able to move into their new building, it makes the overall experience that much better.

If there were 0 stars I would have given. Amy is plain rude and uncourteous in dealing with customers. I bumped my toe and messed up the polish by mistake. Amy was very rude and said Madam go! If u do that again take an appointment. I was shocked at the level of customer service and expected much more with her current pricing! Never again!

I was a walk-​in on an early Friday afternoon. A woman welcomed me and was very friendly and pointed me into the direction of a wall of colors. I was asked if I would like a water, which I enjoyed throughout the pedicure ($ 28). I had high hopes because the location is beautiful (and new from what I heard from the person next to me) and they had done such a good job welcoming me into their business.
Everything else was mediocre. The technician that was working on my toes was quick and not as friendly as the other staff. I must have blinked and missed the massage (my favorite!). While I had the paraffin on (nice touch, not an extra charge) the technician working on the person next to me kept throwing her garbage (cotton ball with nail polish remover from the person next to me) into my water bin, since I was done using it (which I found a little gross). The paint job was quick but good.
Not the worst pedicure I have ever had… but not the best either. I may try it again if I am I a bind.

Amy’s Nails is a very clean, well decorated salon. They have a wonderful color selection. However, I’m giving a two star rating because of my disappointing pedicure.
Most importantly, my lady completely forgot to massage my left leg/​foot! She did my right leg and got up to grab the paraffin bags. I thought she’d do the left leg when she returned, but she didn’t. When I told her she had forgotten my left leg, she just laughed, put the paraffin on my feet and left. I don’t know if she understood me (maybe she didn’t speak English).
Throughout the service she wasn’t as thorough as I’m used to when getting pedicures. She exfoliated my feet, but not as much as they needed (the next day they were still rough; I could have gone back for another pedicure and they wouldn’t have known I already had one). It seemed she was just going through the motions rather than actually paying attention to what my feet needed.
I came with two other friends who also got pedicures. Their services seemed okay and their pedicurists seemed a bit more attentive. I didn’t want everyone else to feel awkward so I didn’t complain at the front desk, but on my own I would have asked for a major discount.
My feet looked good at the end of the service, but I can paint my own nails. I came for the exfoliating and other portions of the pedicure. Unfortunately, I won’t be back to Amy’s Nails.

This crew is tip top! They’re my new go-​to for a manicure. Prices are reasonable, service is awesome, and my nails have lasted longer, while still looking great, after they’ve done them than ever before! (Normally, I’m lucky to get 24 hours out of a regular manicure or a week out of any other –like acrylic, silk, or shellac– but here I’m easily getting 2 weeks out of my nails before needing to go back) Thanks Amy’s staff!

You know… I HATE giving bad reviews… I’ve reviewed A LOT of places, and I rarely give bad reviews. In general, I like to see the good in everyone/​every place and give people the benefit of the doubt. HOWEVER:
1. The lady doing my manicure was extremely RUDE. She didn’t even talk– she just motioned like a freaking MIME when she wanted me to do something. I know she could talk– because when I asked her, she responded «Put your hands here… take them out…» (At first I thought she didn’t know how to say those things…
2. She talked to the woman doing nails next to her in a language I could’t understand. which is also RUDE! She was either just complaining in general or talking bad about me– neither of which is acceptable. I rarely do things for myself. This was a true «treat» and she made me SUPER SUPER uncomfortable.
3. She kept messing up my nails! She missed spots… there were bumps in the polish. I asked her to fix it– which she did– along with her grumbling in another language… Seriously? As a professional, I can’t believe she was OK sending me along with nails that were half painted on some of the fingers, and smudged on others. It ended up looking okay once she re-​did half my fingers… but still! It was really odd.
4. She kept rushing me through the shellac drying machine. I went to Amy’s nails about 6 months ago and had someone else. She would have me do a full minute under the dryer between coats. This lady would wait 20 seconds, while the light was still on and then take my hand out and keep painting. The red never even dried, because as she put the top coat on, the entire clear brush turned red… last time, the polish dried in between coats, and the top coat never turned the color of the polish!
5. I don’t think she brushed her teeth in a week! Her breath was HORRIBLE! This is not usually something I’d comment on… but it just added to the entire bad experience.
6. Oh and I almost forgot– she NEVER cut or filed my nails… so they are all uneven. I figured she’d even them out a little bit, but nope!
I went with a big group, and didn’t want to make a scene… but if I was by myself, I totally would have said something.
The last time I went, it was an amazing experience. My nails were shaped perfectly in a rounded sport cut, all even, cuticles trimmed perfectly, polish was perfect– all the nails were done well and it lasted me literally 3 weeks without a chip. That lady (Crystal I think) gets 5 stars. :)

I have been coming here for a while and I’m super picky. I always thought the acrylics I got were just ok until I got Bao Kim ha. He is fantastic and funny! He’s definitely my new nail guy!
I would have given 5 stars but I also got a Brazilian. I haven’t had one in a while and the end result was fine. The lady was quick and made me feel less awkward. Unfortunately she used the same stick for the whole service. Completely unsanitary and against state law. My who ha is all up in there wax pots now. I don’t suggest getting any wax service here. Unless you want my privates on ur face or other body part. I even told the lady that I’m a hair stylist so she should have known that I know the proper sanitation.

By far my favorite place to get a manicure and pedicure… anywhere. Amy is so nice and takes pride in her business. Amy’s is always clean and efficient and they do the BEST job I’ve ever seen on gel nails. The last 2 times I’ve gone there (I only go when I’m in town which is about every 6 months) I’ve gotten gel manicures that have lasted over a month and still look fabulous when I’m ready to remove the polish. Prices are very reasonable as well and if you look online you can usually find a coupon!

My friend and I wanted to try somewhere new, so we came to Amy’s Nails. The staff were friendly at first, but then we both felt like we were being talked about as we got our pedicures, and didn’t feel very comfortable. The staff were really rough, and the guy doing my nails made me bleed. I was going to give them three stars, but that evening, my thumb nail started chipping and then I realized that my other thumb had a ton of bubbles in it. I didn’t think it was worth the money, and wish that we had gone across the street to Urban 1 nails, where we’ve had fantastic service.

Crystal is the best. She does an excellent job with shellac manicures, and she is a sweetheart as well. My shellac manicures from her always last a long time. Make an appt with crystal!
