We take my fiancée’s work shirts her all the time and Ariel is great! Super friendly and professional. Always ready to be picked up on time. Some of his shirts have special buttons that have been melted by cleaners in the past and Ariel takes special note to make sure that never happens. We don’t go anywhere else.

I visited every dry cleaning & tailor service in downtown Kirkland before finally arriving home at Ariel’s. The fix I needed for my jeans was immediately dismissed as impossible by everyone until I spoke w/​Ariel, who promptly hooked me up just a few days later. Since then, I’ve brought all dry cleaning & tailoring jobs to Ariel who’s the sweetest guy ever. Did I mention he’s got the lowest prices, too? That’s true. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

Best dry cleaner in town!
We moved to Kirkland last summer, I’ve tried several dry cleaners in the area, but I was never happy with the outcome and that’s when I decided to try Ariel’s.
I couldn’t be happier with his service: very organized and neat place, fast service, lots of parking, he has removed old and stubborn stains from fancy shirts, if you are traveling he will even fold the shirts so it’ll remain wrinkle-​free. It is attended by the owner and you can tell that he really cares.
Absolutely love this place and I would recommend it to everyone.

Stay away from Ariel’s Fine Dry Cleaning.
This was my first visit fulled by reviews. I brought couple suits, jackets and pair slack. When I checked my slack at home I found that it was punctured in two places with big hole. It was obvious that some process or somebody did not use tool or something correctly. I brought it back and let owner know. First he looked at me and said I am not aware but it was like this before. I know that this is not true since I wore it maybe 2 times and examine all of my clothe prior to brig it to Ariel’s. We talked and after some time he offered me to compensate loss. After some negotiation came to amount but I was shocked when he said that there is no way he can compensate it in a cash. I don’t want his credit since after what happen I will never come back as well as I will make sure that everyone from my Corp will know of my experience. I was probably lucky that it did not happen to some of my expensive suits.

By far the best drycleaner I’ve ever used, I was recommended Ariel by a coworker who had moved to Chicago from Kirkland. «Wish he would open up a shop in Chicago» — bold statement… surely all drycleaners are the same, I thought.
No.definitely not the case.
1) Ariel’s prices are competitive. Probably too much so, don’t let him know, but if he raised them 50% I wouldn’t blink.
2) The turn around time is impressive. I drop off on a Tuesday it’s ready Thursday. Always. I imagine the longer turnaround time the cheaper it is for them, Ariel is always fast.
3) I dropped a Goose Down comforter off with Ariel that had been in storage for years, it was one step away from being thrown away but I decided to try Ariel… that comforter is like new now.
4) He’s just a great guy. After using him for 9 months, I mentioned a friend of mine had recommended me, said his name and where he worked, and although Chris hadn’t been in for a few years, he remembered him, and more impressively, remembered Chris’ daughter had one time brought him a jar of jelly for christmas 6 years ago.
Tip: If you’re traveling, ask Ariel to fold your shirts instead. Makes it so much easier to travel with.

Ariel has been handling my dry cleaning for about 7 years, long before the name change. This is hands down the best dry cleaner in town. We once spilled wine in a limo, Ariel spent extra time on our clothes to make sure they came back clean. He told us no more wine, but he what can I say, they came back looking new!
He also makes an effort to know his customers, when he sees me pull up he will usually have my clothes ready by the time I get into the store. This is a big deal to me, someone who makes that kind of effort.
I suggest you give Ariel a try if you are looking for a great dry cleaner. Always a quick turn around, great prices.

I’ve been coming to Ariel’s since before the name change, when the manager Ariel bought it from the previous owner. I’ve been very impressed with his service, congeniality, quality of cleaning (and ironing — I mainly take men’s shirts for laundering and ironing, ’cause I hate to iron), quick turnaround and PRICE. You can’t beat less than two bucks per shirt.
Ariel’s is a steady stop on the work commute!

Ariel has been in the dry cleaning business for 20 years and is very good at cleaning clothes. I am impressed by his skills, knowledge of fabrics and the way he treats clothing. I have been using Ariel and this dry cleaners from 2005– current 2013 and will use this dry cleaner as long as I live in the Seattle area.
I recommend all of my friends to use Ariels Dry cleaners.

Ariel is very good with what he does. My dress shirts are clean and ironed well when I pick them up. He’s done alterations on a pair of wool pants and a couple of my dress shirts, and he charges the lowest from shops I called. The dry cleaning prices are reasonable. Customer service is exceptional! He remembers customers quickly, and knows me (and others) by name. I live in Redmond, and even though there are a lot of dry cleaners nearby, I still drive to Kirkland to have my dress shirts cleaned at Ariel’s.

I have been taking my clothes here for years and have always been impressed with the high quality service. Ariel is very friendly and helpful and he takes pride in doing a great job.
