I was a first-​time homebuyer, who’d just moved out to Seattle. I had a good idea of what I was looking for in a home, but I had no idea on how to go about it. Aubree did an amazing job of guiding me through the process from start to finish. People often say that realtors are often looking out only for themselves, and will look to force a sale through one way or another. Aubree is certainly an exception. She negotiated down from what was already a pretty good price to get me as good a deal as I could’ve hoped. Then, when my lender wasn’t willing to deal with some of the issues that the building was going through, Aubree helped me find a lender who was able to work through the trouble. Even during my closing (which was the day before Thanksgiving) she called in while on a long trip to another state and made sure I had each and every one of my questions answered.
Highly recommended, for properties both on the Eastside and in Seattle.
