I am a volunteer for the Center for Human Services (a social service agency in Shoreline, WA). I contacted Jim Burrows to get a quote to stripe a small parking lot. He told me that he was booked for the summer and would not be able to do the job. I asked him some questions regarding my doing this myself and answered my questions and donated a disability template and 2 contact templates. We met within the hour and I picked up the templates. I felt blessed after meeting Jim.
This is the type of business that needs to be utilized because he understood the importance of community connections and offered to help me reduce the cost to do the job..
