Do not do business with this individual. He cares nothing about what’s within your budget and will pressure you into buying at the max of your loan ability and set you up with a real estate agent that only cares about what she/he is getting out of the deal, they didn’t listen to my needs or requests at all. And would not give honest answers when I had a question, I feel lied too, disrespected and taken advantage of, I’m a first time home buyer and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. They were both fired thankfully before I committed to anything. I’ve had to give at least one star to post this, but in my opinion they don’t deserve it nor did they earn it.
