I’ve had a very bad experience with one of the staff at this branch (kim). Very unprofessional and shows a careless attitude towards the customers. She didn’t even answer all my questions and seemed disinterested and rude. I left the bank with unfinished business.

ARRRGH, if only I could give this place 0 stars! It could be said that walking into a Chase branch is the equivalent of stepping onto a used car lot, but that would be insulting to used car lots.
I only go to Chase to deposit the occasional check, and the second I step in the door their salespeople descend like vultures — oh, I’m sorry, are they supposed to be called «bankers?» I couldn’t tell because of all the pamphlets and pitches for savings accounts and money market accounts they’re pushing.
I always end up running out of here screaming «DO NOT WANT!!!» Okay, I’m more polite than that, but I seriously hate coming in here. And that goes for you too, Chase branch in the nearby Fred Meyer!
