Clocktower used to be great. I do not know what happened this year to cause such a downward spiral. As we speak our site is down and I can’t get ahold of anyone to take a look at it… AGAIN. This is a nearly weekly occurrence where something funky happens to our site. It’s down, images are showing wrong, the template is messed up, items that were once fixed are now showing wrong… the list goes on. It took 2.5 months to fix an issue with our sidebars and other issues which happened after they did a recommended upgrade. Actually one issue is still not fixed, I pretty much have given up. The sidebar fix was very simple so I have no idea what took 2.5 months to figure out, just reinstalling a plugin (I still had to spend a ton of time reentering all of the information back in)… and then they sent a bill… REALLY! I’m so fed up.
One star for the people being very nice.

My experience with Clocktower was a story from hell. With very poor communication and not delivery on time. Over and over instances of incompetence and just not paying attention. Yet, I refrained from giving a poor review, because that’s not what I do. But after 6 months and my site not appearing on Goggle, I had to investigate Why?
My competent IT person found out Clocktower had configured the site to be turned away by search engines and they never changed it back when they launched the site. Since no one in their right mind does this to a client, my IT person didn’t think to look until I told him still NO presence on search engines. Clocktower cost me so much in time and potential revenue, in addition to their exorbitant fees to make my life a living nightmare for over 9 months. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone.

Hiring Clocktower Media was the best move we could have ever made for our website. We have received phenomenal service, exceptional support and extraordinary ongoing development. They have the ability to communicate on a layman’s level. I highly refer their services to anyone looking for that professional touch that is so important in today’s business climate.
