Dorae Lande

There are real estate agents and then there are real estate agents name Dorae Lande. This agent happens to be the latter!
I figured it was time to tell the world about her.
Dorae is a friendly, efficient, and get-​er-​done professional that has not only helped me with a recent real estate purchase but numerous friends and associates of mine their deals.
I especially appreciated the amazing way in which she produced a high quality video and photography for a friend’s home for sale recently. The home was quickly under contract and I have no doubt that was due, in part, to her expertise at making homes look gorgeous for prospective buyers.
(After my friend, the seller, saw the video she said, «Umm, maybe I don’t want to move out.»)
There are a lot of moving parts in a RE transaction (assessing property value, preparing the property for sale, marketing, dealing with mortgage and title requirements, appraisals & inspections, etc., etc., etc…) and I’ll always choose someone like Dorae who isn’t just «throwing up» the listing on the MLS and calling it good. (Along with a showing or two)
Nope, I’ll choose a start-to-finish-it’s-going-to-get-done-right-or-so-help-me-god professional like Dorae every time.
