Eastside Bilingual Montessori

As soon as we heard Ms. Mariela was opening a school in Kirkland, I contacted her to enroll my 2.5 year old. My older daughter was taught by Ms Mariela at her previous school in Redmond for 12 months so we knew firsthand how wonderful she is.
She genuinely loves the children in her care, and makes the transition for new students so easy. She is great at communication via email and text, and responsive to parent concerns.
The classroom is bright and clean, with a great playground. My 2.5 year old has picked up tons of Spanish words in the brief 6 weeks she has attended this school, and loves going there.
There are a variety of Montessori materials and the school is truly Spanish immersion — my older daughter learned SO MUCH Spanish in a short time, and given that we don’t speak it at home, it was pretty impressive.
Assistant teacher Ms R is also very sweet. We look forward to more excellent years at this school.
