Evergreen Heights

My wife and I recently moved into Evergreen Heights from Los Angeles without any experience in the greater Seattle area. It was rather difficult to find a place to live from 1100 miles away and we continually ran into problems with other properties. However, Sylvia at Evergreen Heights was an amazing help over the phone and we knew upon visiting the property that it would be a great place for us, especially considering the service we were given before even becoming residents. My apartment has been recently upgraded and looks great with an incredible top-​floor corner view. The maintenance requests we submitted upon moving in were all taken care of within 24 hours by a very professional and courteous staff. The location in Kirkland is also very convenient for both work (I regularly commute to both Everett and Renton) and life (right next to Evergreen Hospital and nearby to multiple restaurants, Safeway, and Trader Joe’s).

Love the pool and the fitness center. Everyone was very nice and the property is always very clean. Overall I think this place is great and I would recommend.

I accompanied my boyfriend and his roommate on a visit to this complex. They applied together and were denied for a petty misdemeanor. Upon returning to pick up their deposit check with them, I witnessed first hand what had to have been the rudest and most incompident excuse for management I have yet to come in contact with at an apartment leasing office. Sylvia was EXTREMELY demeaning and rude and Danica (Sylvia ‘s manager) rather than apologizing was equally as indecent.
My advice: stay clear of this facility if you don’t want to be managed by a team of inconsiderate women.
And in response to your reply, Danica: regardless of the circumstances in which they were declined, that was a completely unprofessional way to handle the situation especially in front of someone, such as myself, that could have been a future resident. Customer service is everything, who would want to rent their home from a crabby manager?

So far so good! We moved in right after Xmas and the process was really easy unlike other places we’ve been where we had to let the front office know the time/​date we were moving in so maintenance could open doors/​gates. Any how we love our place and we’re excited to use our patio area to BBQ and just hangout and also can’t wait to use the pool and hot tub. The rooms are a pretty decent size and the apartment itself is very clean looking and a nice wood burning fireplace, the only down side is that I wish the kitchen had more cabinet space and or a pantry.
The front office workers and Maintance people are really friendly and they always try their best to take care of any issues we’ve had so far. If you’re looking for a place to live I reccomend this place cause it’s close to everything… library, shopping, food, bars, hospital, gyms, and most importantly the 405.
