This review is about their billing department.
I gave them lowest rating possible. They sent our bills to the wrong address for 8 months. When they found the correct address, they sent us threatening letter that they going to send our information to a collector agency. Nice treatment!
I never had an issue with undelivered bills, so it was definitely their fault. They also could check with my insurance company if they get the first letter returned and avoid the delay.

Disclaimer: My wife works for this company :)
I have a history of hearing problems in my family, so even though I’m not experiencing any issues now, I went there to get tested so I have something to refer to later if I do have problems. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I ended up going back later to get some custom molded ear plugs.
