I provided them with exactly what I needed printed, the quantity and the size of each. They changed my designs which I pointed out and asked them to print them as I had provided them. Rather than printing what I ordered and PAID for, they printed the most important of the signs the size of the digital file instead of that requested, written both in the file name and in the written order.
They wanted to argue about it when I was in a hurry to get the signs to an event — which I refused to do. They followed up with an email telling me it was my fault it was incorrect and accepting ZERO fault for their mistake. Since then they have harassed me multiple times a day via email and have not refunded the charges for signs I did not receive.
Greg Shugarts is the manager and is rude and completely unprofessional. I would sooner have a kindergarten class make signs in the future than every hire this outfit again.

Nevermind Bellevue fast signs

Every year I host a few friends from out of state for a hunting trip and I try to get everyone a piece of gear with our trip logo on it.
This year I wanted to add the logo to a Filson Dry Bag. However, I couldn’t find a single place that would screen print the logo onto the bag.
Early on in my search for a company that would screen print the logo onto the bags, I connected with Brent at FastSigns Kirkland. He offered an alternate solution — heavy duty decals.
As my time ran out and I still could not find a company to screen print the logo onto the bags, I decided to reach back out to Brent to further evaluate his proposed solution.
I ended up working with Scott and Josh at the Bellevue location and they did an outstanding job. They were quick with communications, answered all of my questions, and were patient with me even though I needed the project very quickly.
In fact, they completed the project a day early and it worked out just as well as it could have.

Wow, great job, FASTSIGNS of Kirkland! I had been working with another sign company in Bellevue until the owner recently retired, and he was a very nice guy, but my expectations became very low! I am glad I ended up with FASTSIGNS of Kirkland and will now go back there every time. My account rep, Erin, was very prompt and efficient. She emailed proofs to me when she said she would and they were right the very first time. We scheduled the project within a couple of days and Jason (who was very senior and professional) got the work done with only a couple of minutes of up front discussion, and Erin emailed me the finished photo before I could even get back out to the street to check for myself!
