Looks like we need to start looking for a new pediatrician. My son has been seeing Dr. Ibrahim since he was born and he was great! The nurse(blonde gal. I think her name was Stephanie?) was awesome. Fast forward 18 months and Dr. Ibrahim informed us that he moved to a new location on 433 State St. in Kirkland. From the moment I walked into the new location I knew it was not going to be good. The lady at the front desk with the short hair was beyond rude. Two weeks later I needed to get an updated immunization report for my little guy’s daycare.(At the old location I was able to get these with no problem). We called them in the morning and they said they would get it faxed over within an hour. A couple hours passed and a few phone calls later I decided I would just stop by and pick it up. No surprise here, the rude receptionist let’s me know they lost my son’s file. I remind her that two weeks ago, he just had his 18 month well visit. She rolls her eyes and starts flipping papers around. She finds it on the desk with a post it that states that we needed a copy of it. She hands it over and passes the blame on someone else. I would rather go to a pediatrician that has a friendly/helpful receptionist who won’t lose my son’s file.

Dr. Ibrahim has been our pediatrician since our daughter was 8 months old. He is kind and patient, and takes the time to answer questions. It is a small office, but with a very personal feel. The staff is very nice and gentle.
