First Choice Grout And Tile

Hire these guys! First Choice Grout and Tile did a perfect job refinishing our Italian terra cotta tile floor. They also recaulked my sink. I will be a regular customer from now on. They were pleasant, professional and most of all prompt and reliable. My floor tends to be finicky so it can intimidate most professionals. They brought in a team and finished it without a hitch.

Adrian showed me how the previous tile was hanging on by grout only, no backer at all. So went from a regrout to full tile replacement, which, while not a fun surprise, ended up with a new tile shower surround and top notch work by Adrian and crew.
We love the new tile and glad that it’s installed properly. One thing crossed off the endless project list.

I highly recommend Adrian and his colleagues for tile work. After playing phone tag with one contractor and not having my calls answered by other contractors, Adrian was a breath of fresh air because he actually answered his phone and was able to schedule an estimate within the week and schedule to do the work within 2 weeks, which was faster than other estimates I had received.
I had shower floor tiles that were lifting up from a previous contractor who did not use the right adhesive and needed to be redone. The job turned out to be bigger than anticipated but Adrian was up front and honest at the beginning of what it could entail if the shower pan itself was faulty. Adrian and his colleagues wound up redoing the shower pan and tile and made sure that it was up to code and that they could warranty it. I was impressed with their respectfulness in keeping the working space clean and with their hard work, working late to make sure that they got the job done by the date that I needed it even though it wound up being a bigger project than initially anticipated.

I am very happy with the work Ben at First Choice did on my home. He helped me with some design choices for a tile backsplash when we realized what I had in mind would not quite work. They got the work done quickly and cleaned up nicely. They also replaced a tile and replaced cracked grout. Fair price and nice work.
They put the tile in the first day and came back the next day to grout.

First Choice did some great work on our stand-​up shower! They cleaned and sealed the grout, and re-​caulked all around the shower stall. The shower looks as good as new, and every detail is perfect. Adrian was friendly and professional. When he came to give and estimate, he had photos of other work they had completed and also offered a 2 year warranty on the work. We will certainly use them again if the need arises!

The guys were all a pleasure to work with. They held to their quote and when faced with unexpected problems gave us options and sought approval for extra costs. They were polite, pleasant and respectful and best of all made our shower look just like new!

First Choice Grout And Tile regrouted our shower, which was leaking through the title, through the hearty-​backer and into our walls. They went above and beyond to fix the leak and to find tiles that exactly matched what we currently have. They were respectful and pleasant to have in the house.
Adrian is super responsive always answers his phone, and he’s was always at our house on schedule. There prices seemed pretty reasonable for the amount of work they did. There was only one thing they did that was not awesome – they needed to cut some tiles, so they set up their tile cutting in our garage, which was fine, but the saw kicked up the tile dust that got on everything in our garage. Bummer. Ask them to cut the tile outside, if they are working at your house. Despite the dust, i would recommend them to work on my friend’s houses.

Upon a recommendation I had these guys install hardwood flooring in my office. These guys rock! The office looks amazing. Adrian worked late into the evening to get the job done in one day. Great guys to work with, very professional and very hard working. Did I mention my office looks great?

I recently moved into a new home where the builder did not properly install the tile. I called First Choice Grout and Tile, hoping that they could fix the problem. Adrian and his team, quickly identified that the builder didn’t properly screw down the hardy board backer, which was causing the tile to move. In order to save me money on purchasing new tile, Adrian and his team worked hard to salvage over 90% of the original tile. The team worked quickly, installed the tile properly and they always cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone!
