I have been going there for 10+ years. They have always been a lower priced alternative to Rose Hill car wash across the street. I always get the Gold Package — the last few times it’s gone down hill… specifically at the end where they do the final «Gold Package» work. The first signs were just noticing that it was getting sloppy (not putting Armour All where they should, not wiping down as well, etc.). This last time it takes the cake! As usual I got the Gold Package, only this time they didn’t armor all the passenger side tires, there were multiple spots outside that weren’t wiped down, they didn’t vacuum the back (I have a hatchback) of clean the interior back windows, and the more I looked the vacuuming was overall weak. I didn’t realize all this until after I came out of the grocery store. I called back and gave them feedback, and asked that the manager please call me back. Never got a call back.

I have a Toyota 4Runner and I went here after a pretty intense muddying/​off-​roading adventure. I didn’t want to pay $ 20 for a wash with everything so I got the deluxe wash which is one step up from basic. With tax included it was 10.41 or 10.14 I can’t remember exactly. It got all the mud off and dirt and then some. It really was a great wash and I like that nothing touches your car because those washes always create spider webs in the paint. The guys who run the place are very nice and friendly I happen to speak Spanish and English and it was a nice chance to practice my Spanish, but they speak English well also. I was concerned due to another commenter that the soap might be too acidic because I have a decent amount of plastidip on the bumpers on my car but it was completely fine and plastidip safe all of it was totally intact none of it was damaged at all. That commenter probably had a poor job done to his rims as the wash cleaned but didn’t damage the plastic dip on my rims, bumpers, and emblems. Great wash. Good price. I’ll be back.

Read the good reviews so I took my new car there for its first wash. After I got to work, I was disappointed to find huge streaks of [something] marred the door because of something left on the rear view mirror after the wash. Hoping this was a fluke, but not a good first experience.

I went for the Gold (full boat) package. There are water spots on my paint I am still trying to get off despite a full detail 2 weeks ago. All I’m asking is to dry the car like you advertise.
Now, the really bad part. I just dropped $ 250 getting the «bleache-​like» spots on my rims buffed down and recoated. The guy at detail shop said they use hard water and highly acidic soap that ate through the top clear coat. I wouldn’t have written the review had it not been the employee’s comments. «not our fault — already there» and «never seen that before.» The guy at detail shop said he fixes a couple of cars a week from here
Why 2 stars and not 1? It’s probably not a bad place if you have an older car. If it’s 2010 or newer — well… I won’t be back.

I recently discovered this place and will never go back to standard car washes. There are no rollers that miss spots and put swirls in your vehicle’s paint. Everything is touchless and the dirt and grime just fall off your vehicle. I buy the gold package which leaves every bit of my vehicle spotless including the wheels. The guys on site also do a minor interior detail that involves full vacuum, wiping off dashboard, seats and windows and even my floor and trunk liners. For $ 21.99 it is steal. There are of course lesser costing exterior only options which are also well worth it. If you care about your vehicles paint like I do you should definitely try this place out.

I’m used to wash my car there because it’s very convenient for me. It’s near to where I work, it’s never busy, and they are very fast. I like the Silver Package ($ 14.99). The exterior comes shining, and one of the coats they put make it shine last several weeks. They take like 5 minutes to clean the interior (there are like 3 people working on it for you). It’s not a super cleaning, but worth the price. Also, they are always very friendly, and even being fast they don’t do the job in a hush. I recommend them.

As drive-​thru gas station car washes go, Flamingo is great. They spend some time pre-​washing before you go through the big machine, so when you come out, the car is really clean. The prices are good, and they move quickly, although there can be a long wait on the weekend. The staff is generally pleasant.

Great price that includes a pre wash before you even enter the touchless wash, then a hand dry at the end. Got the 14.99 exterior package. Car is shining and my rims are very clean compared to the average car wash, most likely from the pre wash. I don’t believe this car wash is a replacement for an in depth hand wash, but for the money and the time it was great!

I purchased the Silver package. External wash was ok except for windows and mirror that were wiped with a cloth that left residue which now obstructs vision.
Internal cleaning was a big meh… seats were wiped but the workers left very visible dirt and hand marks behind. Had to ask them to do it again. Carpets were placed in the car still wet.

On the East Side (of Lake WA) this is the best place I’ve found so far. Their signage and layout is a bit convoluted but the resulting service is otherwise both good and favourable value-​for-​cost.
I can’t «shill» these guys enough: the layout and signs are the only issue, the guys working there are excellent and quite respectful of my car.

Never wash your vehicle here if you don’t want to risk damage to your wheels! Damage to two $ 800 rims on my Mercedes!

I had the gold, with the long lists that was posted I was expecting it to be too detailed that it’ll take me half an hour. Unexpectedly, it was fast which took only 15minutes. Good, as it’s fast and quality is not too bad.
What does not fully satisfy is that I can’t feel the cleanliness unlike when I previously went to elephant car wash. Anyways, my car is clean and shining again, wouldn’t be ashamed to drive it.
If I’d stay in Bellevue I’d probably go to elephant, not unless they have a branch there.

I’ve been taking my car here for the past two years and everything was stellar. The last time I did that, while I went inside to get some cash for the tip. my GPS got stolen. The unit was inside the center console, not even in plain sight. Realized later and when I called them they said that I should have called earlier maybe they could do something for me then. Well. I need to find another carwash.

Tried these guys out yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised at the results. It looks like one of those not-​so-​great gas station car wash places but don’t be fooled. They did a great job inside and out for only $ 17 + tip. The even took out my rubber floor and cargo mats and power washed them! The extra couple of bucks to have the inside vacuumed and cleaned was definitely worth it. You can pay a lot more for Elephant Car Wash or Rose Hill Car Wash for worse results than here but why waste your money?

Highly recommend the Gold Package wash and detail. The touch free wash works good on most cars, but not my black one, so adding the additional hand detail is totally worth it.
The detail guys are quick and thorough. Your mode of transport will be vacuumed, wiped down, refreshed. Tire dressing is always a nice touch.
Who doesn’t love a shiny clean vehicle on a sunny day?!

With the Seattle sunshine out in full blast I realized how dirty my car was and promptly headed to the car wash!
This one was convenient to my errands. I know that I am really critiquing the machines doing it but my car is SUPER shiny and I forgot how good my car looks ;)
I give it 5 stars because they have several different pricing options and then $ 10 option isnt the bottom of the barrel option like at the brown bear down the street which is usually more like $ 12+ for the «basic wash.» So I like that.

Got the best exterior wash I could, the «Premium», which ran 11.99 after the dollar discount from using the attached Shell.
I don’t know what I did to it, but boy, my car was filthy!
At this station, the nice men pretreat your car’s body and wheels with extra cleany stuff before you go in the tunnel. Post tunnel, your now very clean car there is met by a nice Japanese man who hand dries off what the air dry didn’t get.
I tipped both a few bucks, and wow… My car looks new. Great deal. Very convenient!
The ony problem is that there’s these weird air bag thingies on the air dryer at the end with 3 scrapers at their ends. It sort of floats around with the air, landing only very occasionally. While it didn’t seem to make any marks, it’s presence does make it less the fully touch-​less. I hope they remove these little arms, as anything robotic that touches the car does me paranoid. (I have a very dark car, and marks from touchy washes easily show)
I am still leaving 5 stars, as they do so much right, and this should be an easy enough thing for them to fix.

Great service and prices! They have a basic wash, silver and gold program. I always go for the silver — about $ 20 and they do excellent touch less cleaning from the outside and wipe windows from inside and vacuum.
They are located inside the Shell but seem to be separate business.
Don’t forget to keep some cash for tipping the cleaners — its a hard job.
