Fresh Vitamins

This location has a relatively good selection of probiotics, and other things, but some of the rudest most unhelpful employees I’ve ever met. If I could find probiotics anywhere else close by I would, but they are super close, so I endure rudeness every shopping visit. I strongly recommend against shopping here unless absolutely necessary.

Had a great experience there and they are very friendly and helpful. It’s a small store with decent selection of homeopathic products. Got a coupon from them even at the register.

Simple, I walked into the store for the first time. Didn’t see what I wanted, so I approach the lady behind the counter and said excuse me to get her attention. She was busy on her cell phone. I said excuse me two more times, she didn’t look up, so I walked out.
I usually go to super supplements in Kenmore, and now I know why.

preface: I normally go into this shop with no issue, approximately 2 – 3 times a year when i need to stock up on vitamins since the shop opened. +2 stars for having a great selection.
I was recommended to get a CLA supplement to help me with my weight loss efforts (post baby). Last night, I walk into the store, i head to the ‘diet aid’ section and ask the sales person which CLA supplement she would recommend and she looked at me above her glasses and said «i dont really like that section in general.» in the most judgmental tone ive ever heard from a salesperson. I look at her, not really knowing what to say apart from ‘OK’, and i begin to just pull each supplement up on my PHONE looking up reviews as her head is down in the counter.
After a couple minutes of me standing there awkwardly in the aisle, she comes over, and honestly what came out of her mouth just made everything worse — «I mean, all of the CLA supplements are ‘good’, but im personally more of a traditionalist person. Diet and exercise, i dont really believe in all of this».
WHAT THE HECK KIND OF A SALESPERSON IS THIS??! I guess its ok making a customer feel completely embarrassed and uncomfortable about what they were buying.
I have never been so humiliated in my life. I also work in customer service, and would have been fired ON THE SPOT if I ever talked to a customer like that. Shame on you.

Having a local vitamin store is fantastic, especially having one that is as well stocked as this one. The selection is great, and they have a wide variety for any dietary need. The employee’s are very well informed, and keep you up to date on new products and trends.

It matters what you put in your body. Go here! You need vitamins and protein. You need supplements. You need gluten free. You need good brands.
I walked in a skeptic because I usually go to Super Supp. But the staff here is FAR more knowledgeable.
If you know some about brands, you will recognize the quality of the products carried here.
Pricing– on par with what you will find elsewhere.
Variety– great!

I asked for something with a specific function telling the gal I couldn’t take vitamin d. She literally looked at me in disbelief like I was a leper. You would think people in that environment wouled be sensitive to dietary restrictions instead of make you feel bad for them. I suppose if you know what you need its fine but lacking in knowledge and customer service. Also your neighborhood store should care about return biz. Maybe they have enough money!

Great selection of vitamins, herbs, and everything in between. I bought a sprouting jar and alfalfa seeds. LOL. Random. But lots of variety, for whole body health, including yoga supplies, bath goodies, and kitchen gadgets — yes! Friendly staff. Convenient location for me.

in contrast to another’s perspective, I don’t find the store «too trendy». They carry Planetary Naturals Triphala Buddha’s chosen herb, ayurvewdic purifier. And the staff has always been the sweetest, and helpful; as nice as any I have dealt with at Super Supplements. They carry a Enzymatic Therapy brand, too which I don’t find in stock at S.S., a

I recently purchased a water filter and and have been here on occasion. Definitely preferred the people and vibe before it was renamed and relocated. I think it is a chain that stocks the «Top 20» of what’s in at the moment. Just a bit too trendy. The owner was not particularly knowledgable about what I was looking for. Also I think there’s a bit of an attitude problem as well. Your best bet for decent prices and a knowledgable staff is Super Supplements, and the closest location to this one is Kenmore.

This store just moved and the new location is great! It isn’t just a vitamin store either they sell pilates & yoga supplies. They also sell a large selection of gluten free products. The old location was dark and cramped. This new location is bright and roomy. It’s much easier to find things. The staff is also very helpful.

This small store not only has all the vitamin and herbal supplements you could want, In addition, they have a good selection of Gluten Free products. They have other healthy option foods, as well. The staff here are helpful and friendly.
