Golden Touch Herbal Foot Massage

Daniel and i were walking around DT Kirkland and saw the Goldne touch. saw the sign promoting 25 bux for a 25 dollar foot massage. daniel has had some bad experience with foot massage last time he got one in korea. basically he was openly mocked my his stupid man masseuse who gave him water blisters. rat bastard masseuse.
brave man that my hubs is, he forayed into the shop with me.
we are sooo glad we did.
we were offered any recliners of our choice to sit in. the chairs were really big and comfortable. we situated ourselves. it was quiet and the lights were really dim. our «handlers» came out with two buckets for our feet. while we started to soak our feet, they commenced to give us a head and neck massage. i was so surprised i even asked what kind of massage we were getting. they told us it was the foot massage but it was something they did as part of it. well, we were really pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they massage our feet, but they gave us-​basically a whole body massage. it was really relaxing and just what both daniel and i needed.
both daniel and my masseuse worked hard and courteous. daniel alreayd wants to go back. daniel tends to like a little more gentle touch to his massage than me-​so i’m going to give four stars just because while i really am also a fan, i wished they gave a little firmer hand in the massage-​and also, i wasn’t such a fan of the reflexology bit. i could see how if my feet were REALLY tired, how AWESOME it would feel though.
also, there was a karoke night going on upstairs and there was some. umm…tone deaf singing going on, which was entertaining but kinda distracting. not that it is something that would be ongoing, but somethign to note.
also, it’s right next to the martini bar, so if you plan on going wiht your girl friends, you could always do something liek the happy hour and then head in or something and make it a girls night. i plan to do that sometime if i can. really would make it a fun way to spend time with my girls i think

This place is amazing!
I had heard about this type of place and seen a couple of the others in passing several times. But tonight I happened to be at the right place at the right time and I stopped in for a foot massage. I had heard that they do a lot more than just a foot massage so expected a bit of a shoulder massage and was definitely looking forward to it.
But it went beyond all my expectations! Just when you think it couldn’t get any better, it did! It was amazing!
You get a foot bath. Face, neck and shoulder massage. Hand and arm massage. Then the amazing foot and leg massage including every one of your little piggies! Then neck and shoulders again, and then your entire back!
Absolutely what I have been wishing into existence for years!
Plus this particular location had the most friendly staff I have come across in quite a while! Everyone said hi and was smiling. It was great! Will be back for sure.
Now if only they painted nails, we’d have it all!
